How do I reach the Hotel by car?
The hotel is just 1km from Porta Camollia in Via Custoza n.2 – Siena Nord exit, following the centre direction, on your right.

How do I reach the Hotel from the bus station?
The bus station is approximately 20-30 minutes walk, however you can take a taxi from Piazza Matteotti or bus lines n° 6 which will bring you directly in front of the hotel.

How do I reach the Hotel from the railway station?
The train station is outside the historical centre, therefore we suggest you take a taxi (the taxi station is just outside the railway station).

Is there a car park in the hotel?
The hotel has a free private car park, with no need to book.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1400, check-out time is before 1100.

Is there a laundry in the hotel?
Yes, you can pay for a laundry service.

Is there a WI-FI connection?
Yes, there is a free WI-FI connection

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, it is always included.

Is it possible to order a gluten-free breakfast or dinner?
Yes, please communicate your necessities before your arrival or directly to our service staff.

 Are there a ironing board and an iron in the rooms?
No, but we will provide them upon your request.

 When is the swimming pool open?
The swimming pool has an opening time from 10:00 to 19:00 only in summer time.
