Tuscany, especially the area of Siena, boasts a worldwide and ancient cookery tradition which proudly stands out in the entire world. It’s a wonderful way of being known for a territory which was able to re-evaluate and update its traditional and agricultural recipes which once represented typical ceremonial meals.

Garden Hotel is proud to offer you a wide range of local Tuscan products and dishes starting from pappa col pomodoro to the cold cuts and  cheese, from the ribollita to the bruschette and fettunte prepared with the typical Tuscan bread without salt (“sciapo”), everything re-invented thanks to the skills of our  Chef Andrea Guerrini who each time surprises us with a new modern versions of our local dishes typically related to our territory.
