Meeting and Conferences

Our Hotel in Siena can host events, meeting and conferences for up to 500 people.

The “Events Hall” launched in 2003, has been equipped with audio and video systems, is professionally soundproofed, and can host congresses and various events. The main hall may be divided into smaller areas according to the specific needs of our guests.

Roses’ Hall:

Select the best choice for your meeting by choosing between the different offers proposed by the Garden Hotel. The Garden Hotel Events Hall can host meetings, conferences, exhibits  and all sorts of events. Inside the soundproof hall, hidden modular panels have been mounted so to allow eventual subdivision in smaller areas, each of which may have a different arrangement: parterre, with desks, horse shoe. Each room is equipped with fixed microphones, radio microphones, audio, video and PC connection, ceiling video projector, hidden screen. The Roses’ and Camellia’s Halls are, furthermore, equipped with video camera in order to record video.  The Hall is especially appropriate for buffet and gala dinners. Daisy Room:

Citrus Room and Limonaia:
The porch, which is formed by the Citrus Room and the Limonaia structure, is specifically appropriate for coffee breaks, light-lunches and buffets. It refines the entire environment and offers an incomparable view of one of the most beautiful Italian cities. Dimensions are: 300 sq. m, 3.20 m height

Brooms’ Room:
The hall’s foyer, with a nearby bar, is used as a multi-purpose area: organising secretariat, buffet and coffee break area. Dimensions are: 12.00 m length, 10.40 m width and 3.20 m h height
